Please note that my book is now in its 6th printing. It has been updated and enhanced for 2002 ("UPDATED FOR 2002" appears within a circle on the cover). I have, as with each successive printing, added clarifications, fresh problem-solving ideas (often creative and non-traditional) and new information. I have made some sections easier to read. You'll be surprised by the many humorous passages, which are included to help cut through the density of material and to give a "real world" perspective.
The appendices have been improved quite a bit, including re the self-inspection checklist, addresses, phone numbers, and internet info. Even the foreword (by Alan McMillan, President of the National Safety Council, and former OSHA Regional Administrator) has been updated.
